Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Boys PG Hostel Riddhi Siddhi Circle (“the PG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) located near Ridhi Sidhi Circle, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur. By booking accommodation or staying at our PG, you (“tenant”, “guest”, or “you”) agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

• Tenants must be male, aged 17 years or above
• Valid government ID (Aadhar Card) is mandatory
• Coaching institute admission proof or college ID required
• Working professionals must provide employment proof

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• Visit the PG in person and inspect the room
• Complete documentation with valid ID proof
• Provide one passport-size photograph
• Submit parents/guardian contact details

Payment Terms

• First Month Rent: Payable in advance at the time of move-in
• Security Deposit: One month rent equivalent (refundable as per policy)
• AC Security: Additional ₹5,000 if AC option is chosen (refundable)
• Monthly Rent: Due on or before the 5th of every month
• Late Payment: May attract late fee or service restriction
• No brokerage charged for direct booking

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before Move-in (After Booking)

• If you book and decide not to move in, the rent paid is non-refundable
• Security deposit will be refunded
• The room will be released for other tenants

After Move-in

• Tenant must complete minimum 1-month stay
• Rent paid is non-refundable for any reason
• Security deposit refund as per vacating policy

Vacating Notice (Early Exit)

• Notice Period: 30 days advance written notice required
• Notice can be given via WhatsApp message or in person
• Without notice, security deposit may be forfeited
• Security deposit refund within 7 working days after vacating

5. Security Deposit Refund

Security deposit will be refunded after vacating, subject to:

• Completion of minimum 1-month stay
• 30 days advance notice given
• All dues cleared (rent, food, utilities)
• Room handed over in good condition
• No damage to property or furniture
• Room keys returned to management

Deductions may apply for:

• Damage to room, furniture, or fixtures
• Pending dues or charges
• Excessive cleaning required

6. House Rules

Quiet Hours

Strict quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No loud music, conversations, or noise that disturbs other tenants.

Visitors Policy

• Friend visits allowed only between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Visitors restricted to common area only
• No visitors allowed inside rooms
• Female visitors restricted to common area till 8:00 PM
• Visitor register must be filled at entry

Gate Timings

• Main gate closes at 11:00 PM
• Late entry only with prior intimation
• Working professionals with shifts may have flexibility (with prior notice)

Prohibited Activities

• No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants on premises
• No gambling or unlawful activities
• No cooking inside rooms
• No pets allowed
• No commercial activities from PG

7. Use of Premises

• Tenant gets right to use the assigned room and common areas
• Tenant cannot transfer accommodation to another person
• Tenant cannot sublet the room
• Tenant must maintain cleanliness
• Tenant is responsible for personal belongings

8. Food Service

• Three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included in rent
• Vegetarian meals served
• Meal timings as per PG schedule
• Special dietary requests at management discretion
• No refund for missed meals

9. Property and Damages

• Tenant is responsible for the room and furniture provided
• Any damage caused by negligence will be charged from security deposit
• Major repairs/replacement costs at actual will be billed
• Loss of room key will incur replacement charges

10. Personal Belongings

• Tenants are responsible for their own belongings
• PG is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items
• Tenants are advised to use locks on their cupboards

11. Right of Admission and Termination

Boys PG Hostel Riddhi Siddhi Circle reserves the right to:

• Refuse admission without giving reasons
• Terminate accommodation immediately for violation of rules
• Ask any tenant to vacate for misconduct or rule violations
• Update rules and policies with prior notice

12. Police Verification

As required by law, basic tenant information will be submitted to local police authorities for verification. Tenants are required to cooperate with this process.

13. Liability

Boys PG Hostel Riddhi Siddhi Circle is not liable for:

• Personal injury caused by tenant negligence
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Service interruption due to power cuts, water issues, internet outages caused by external providers
• Any damages caused by force majeure events

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably between the tenant and management. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts only.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Tenants will be notified of significant changes. Continued stay implies acceptance of updated terms.

16. Acceptance

By booking accommodation at Boys PG Hostel Riddhi Siddhi Circle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
