Our Story
Why we started this PG and how we run it
We started Boys PG Hostel Riddhi Siddhi Circle in 2017. Our family already ran a small property near Ridhi Sidhi Circle on Gopalpura Bypass. We saw coaching students struggling for proper accommodation – most PGs treated them as just paying customers, not as serious aspirants.
We started with 14 rooms. Decided to do things differently. Real food made at home, not contracted from outside. Fast WiFi from day one. Strict tenant screening – no party crowd, no casual stayers. Clear rules everyone follows.
Eight years later, our approach has worked. 500+ tenants over the years. 50+ have cleared government exams – RAS, IAS Prelims, SSC CGL, Banking PO, REET, Patwari, Police SI, NDA. We do not claim credit for selections. Students put in the work. But we ensured nothing in the accommodation pulled them down.
What Makes Us Different

We Screen Tenants
Not every aspirant fits our PG. We talk to applicants before accepting them. Goal is to maintain peer environment of serious students. Casual stayers, party crowd, irregular schedules – politely declined. This screening protects existing tenants and keeps the place focused.
Three Real Meals Daily
We cook on premises. Not contracted from outside caterer. Saras Dairy products. Regular Indian home-style food. Same food we eat ourselves. Three meals a day. Tiffin packing on request for those with early or late batches.
Honest Pricing
Triple ₹7,500. Double ₹9,000. Single ₹14,000. No hidden charges. Electricity included. Water included. WiFi included. Housekeeping included. CCTV included. The rent on day one is what you pay for the year.
Personal Ownership
We are not a corporate chain. The owner family runs the property personally. You can reach the owner directly. Issues get resolved quickly. Decisions happen on the spot. No layers of management or call centres.

Tulip Library
Library on ground floor of same building
We run Tulip Library on the ground floor of the same building as our PG. Open from 7 AM to 11 PM. Used by our PG tenants and also students from outside.
Quiet study environment. Individual study tables with light. AC in summers. Drinking water. Bathroom. Internet for digital study.
Our PG tenants get free library access. Outside members pay nominal monthly fees. The library serves as extension to PG study rooms during peak preparation periods.
